“Fun in the Sun” Rally

A Just for Fun Event

February 26, 27 & 28, 2010

Ocala, Florida

Come join in some great riding through Central Florida’s horse country. Enjoy riding past rolling green pastures, along peaceful winding rivers and canopy roads with Spanish moss on over hanging oaks.

Although Florida doesn’t offer the thrill of a winding mountain road, it does offer some fantastic scenery and above all warm sunny weather.

The dates were selected for two reasons. This is typically the best riding season in the State with low humidity and clear blue skies. Also, this weekend ties into the beginning of the Daytona Bike Week (March 1st thru the 7th). Our host hotel has agreed to honor the group rate for those folks wanting to extend their stay! This is a great deal considering it’s about a 45 minute ride to the Daytona area.

Dual sport riders will be glad to know that Ocala National Forest offers some of the best trail riding in the south and it’s just a few miles from our hotel.

Our host hotel has a restaurant and sports bar on the premises and there are additional restaurants within walking distance. All in attendance are responsible for securing their own room. The hotel is giving us a group rate of $72/night if you mention you are with MSTA.

So pack your sunscreen and join us for a great riding experience!
